Preparation of reports and file administration **Position to be filled in Texcoco, State of Mexico, a few blocks from Chapingo University** A Mexican company with over 18 years of experience in **construction, manufacturing, installations, and industrial assembly** invites you to join its team as **Project Control Analyst**. **Job Objective** To record, monitor, and update ongoing projects (civil works, electrical, mechanical, or industrial), efficiently managing budgets and files to ensure return on investment and the estimated profitability of each project. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain project budget control, ensuring established amounts are not exceeded. * Identify and report cost overruns to the relevant departments. * Record and monitor purchases, requisitions, and material consumption. * Track labor hours assigned to each project and update the database. * Consolidate costs, expenses, and payments made using institutional templates. * Prepare reports and delivery minutes for completed projects. * Administer physical and digital project files (scopes, quotations, expenses, etc.). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Project Management, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related field). * **Degree holder** * Minimum **3 years** of experience in administrative project control or monitoring (civil works, electrical, mechanical, or industrial). * **Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, and reporting).** * **Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.** * **Project scheduling and S-curve knowledge** Position to be filled in Texcoco, State of Mexico, a few blocks from Chapingo University.
