A company specializing in the design and manufacturing of kitchens, closets, and furniture is seeking an engineer, architect, or industrial designer with experience. **Key Responsibilities** * **Planning and Control:** Establish production plans, optimize workflows, manage resources (personnel, machinery, materials), and monitor KPIs. * **Personnel Management:** Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise the production team, ensuring workplace safety and motivation. * **Process Optimization:** Implement continuous improvements, reduce costs, minimize waste, and ensure final product quality. * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Collaborate with procurement (raw materials), sales (demand), maintenance (machinery), and HR. * **Maintenance and Safety:** Ensure machinery remains in good working condition and that safety policies are implemented. **Required Skills** * Leadership and team management. * Knowledge of manufacturing techniques (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma). * Production planning and control. * Proficiency in production-related technologies. * Problem-solving and decision-making.
