Seeking: **PLANT MANAGER** * Responsible * Committed * Age 20 or older * High school diploma (technical track) or **incomplete engineering degree** * Basic knowledge of Office software **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Primary objective is to **weigh predetermined quantities of sand, cement, water, gravel, and additives** at the control console; subsequently, these materials are loaded into a concrete mixer truck that delivers the concrete to the required location. * Plant inspections (to ensure plant operation, as well as additive, water, and raw material load testing). * Sampling of raw materials, slump tests, and strength tests for each mix design and for each delivery. * Completion of logs documenting all tests performed and sampling activities. * Daily and monthly (physical and digital) inventories of raw materials. * Review of diesel fuel loads. * Completion of diesel loading and unloading logs. * Supervision of correct batching operations by the dosing system, as well as related activities. * Reporting attendance of personnel under supervision. * Completion and submission of daily and weekly log reports. * Requesting required raw materials from the purchasing department to ensure supply. * Completion of purchasing and loading logs (inventories). * Review and scheduling of preventive maintenance for the plant, as well as completion of maintenance logs. **WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, 7 AM–7 PM (Saturday hours depend on production requirements).** If interested, please apply through this channel or send your CV to 81 1489 3868 Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $14,000.00–$18,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have experience in ready-mix concrete plants?
