




The Planning Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the organization's strategic, tactical, and operational planning processes, ensuring alignment among demand, production capacity, inventory, and business objectives. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or related areas. * Knowledge of S&OP, MRP, ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.). * Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel / analysis tools. * Leadership, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset. * Intermediate–advanced English (preferred). * Experience in the wiring harness industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and manage the demand planning and production planning process (S&OP). * Analyze sales forecasts, market trends, and historical performance to ensure realistic and efficient plans. * Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics departments to ensure plan execution. * Optimize inventory levels and ensure material availability. * Monitor planning KPIs (forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory, capacity). * Identify supply chain risks and propose mitigation plans. * Lead and develop the planning team. * Implement continuous improvements in planning processes and tools. **Key Competencies** * Strategic thinking * Data analysis * Decision making * Team management * Planning and organization Employment type: Full-time Salary: $1.00 – $2.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Planning: 5 years (required) * Similar position: 3 years (required) * Wiring harnesses: 3 years (required) Language: * Conversational English (required) Work location: On-site employment
