




**Corporate personal assistant** Maintain updated personal records and files of your immediate superior. * Enter business data and information into the organization's computer system. * Make necessary arrangements for personal or business travel, including obtaining visas, booking accommodations, and purchasing airline or other transportation tickets as appropriate. * Travel with your supervisor to attend meetings, take notes, and provide general assistance during presentations. * Screen phone calls and transfer only the most important ones to your supervisor, handling all others as instructed. * Welcome high-ranking visitors and escort them to the location where they will meet your supervisor. * Schedule appointments and organize meetings as required. * Manage incoming traditional mail and respond to emails and other correspondence on behalf of your supervisor. * Take notes regarding key daily events. * Conduct research and present findings. * Prepare documents, reports, and business presentations. * Attend meetings and ensure the senior executive has all necessary information at hand. * Serve as a liaison with clients, suppliers, and other external parties, as well as with corporate employees. * Carry out special projects assigned to you. * Track expenses and ensure adherence to established budgets. * Assume managerial responsibilities when necessary. * Work closely with company directors and executives. * Delegate tasks to other employees as appropriate. * Participate in decision-making and make administrative decisions in the absence of your supervisor, reporting back accordingly. * Act as the primary point of contact representing your supervisor or immediate boss. * Remind your supervisor of deadlines for important tasks.
