Prepares periodic reports and ensures regulatory compliance **CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING** **Payment Analyst** Education: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in payment control, treasury, or accounting departments. **Objective:** To ensure proper management, analysis, and reconciliation of payments to contractors or suppliers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal procedures and financial regulations. **Main Responsibilities** · Payment Control and Management: Review, validate, and process payments to suppliers and other financial commitments; validate invoices, contracts, and other documents prior to payment. · Ensure all payments are supported by required documentation and authorizations. · Coordinate with procurement and accounting departments for payment reconciliation. · Bank Reconciliations and Auditing: Perform periodic payment reconciliations and verify inconsistencies in payments**.** Monitor accounts payable and ensure compliance with contractually agreed deadlines. · Identify and resolve payment discrepancies. · Analysis and Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on payments made. **Regulatory Compliance and Continuous Improvement** · Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations applicable to payments. · Maintain up-to-date internal procedures related to payment control. · Participate in internal and external audits by providing required information. **Skills** * Financial data analysis and detection of irregularities. * Proficiency in tools (Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). * Knowledge of tax and treasury regulations applicable to payments.
