The ideal candidate is not merely a salesperson but a strategic consultant who masters the hospitality sector, possesses an established network of contacts, and understands last-mile logistics for commercial routes. Soft Skills and Abilities High-Impact Negotiation: Ability to close agreements with decision-makers (owners, purchasing managers, and chefs). Strategic Vision: Ability to identify opportunity zones and design efficient routes. Resilience and Self-Management: Strong results orientation with minimal supervision. Required Technical Knowledge HORECA Channel Expertise: In-depth experience working with bars, fine-dining restaurants, and consumption centers. Route Logistics: Experience in planning weekly visits and optimizing delivery times. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new strategic customers within the assigned territory. Account Management: Conduct recurring visits to ensure shelf share. Competitive Analysis: Report pricing and promotional activities of competing brands at points of sale. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years in wine and liquor sales (verifiable). Client Portfolio: Must possess an active, up-to-date contact network within the industry. Mobility: Personal vehicle and availability to cover local routes.
