Clavería, Azcapotzalco, CDMX) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and **Saturdays**, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A wholesale automotive parts company is seeking a Manager responsible for the operation, availability, security, and technological development of the group, strategically managing systems, infrastructure, and ERP implementation across the entire organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the **implementation and optimization of the ERP** (modules for sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting, CRM, logistics, production, HR, online store, etc.). * Manage **technological infrastructure**: installation, configuration, and administration of networks, servers, equipment, technical support, structured cabling, and perimeter security. * Implement and maintain **cybersecurity policies**, backups, and operational continuity. * Promote **digital transformation** through automation and technological innovation. * Administer the **IT department budget** and coordinate with external vendors. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related field (**degree required**). * Minimum 5 years of experience in systems, IT, or ERP and infrastructure management, **preferably in the automotive sector**. * Personnel management experience. * Availability to work on Saturdays. **Knowledge:** * ERP implementation and administration. * Databases (**PostgreSQL** preferred). * Networks, servers, **on-premises infrastructure**, and cloud infrastructure. * Cybersecurity and operational continuity. * Python, XML (preferred). * Project management methodologies (Scrum, PMI). **Skills:** * Results-oriented leadership. * Project management and process analysis. * Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration. * Analytical and strategic thinking. * Change management capability. **Offer:** * **Statutory and above-statutory benefits** (Christmas bonus, vacation, profit-sharing, cafeteria support, food vouchers) * **Gross monthly salary between $19,000 and $22,000** (flexible depending on experience and competencies) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 \- $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
