We are seeking a **specialized professional** or one with extensive experience in inventory management, particularly working with retail and perishable products, **to present a training and process improvement project for inventory management** at our branch, implementing their proposal for the following activities: **Primarily training area managers and department heads on the model proposed by the professional**, so that our staff can: 1) Supervise the entry and exit of requested orders. 2) Control purchase orders or product invoicing. 3) Jointly supervise, together with the warehouse supervisor, product dispatches according to invoicing. 4) Establish maximum and minimum inventory levels for products. 5) Review weekly physical inventory movement reports. 6) Analyze monthly product shortages and overages. 7) Ensure proper product rotation to prevent waste due to expiration. 8) Supervise the proper functioning of their department. 9) Prepare reports on perishable products and other waste items. Desirable requirements: Essential knowledge of warehouse operations. Must be proficient in technological tools (spreadsheets and worksheets) and inventory management software. Must have extensive expertise in inventory counting controls. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience with tangible results in executing and supervising inventory processes. ***The proposed project must not exceed three months in duration.
