At **Urban Group**, a leading chain of Japanese cuisine restaurants, we are looking for an **Inventory Auditor** to ensure proper control and management of supplies across our branches and corporate offices. **Job Objective:** Ensure inventory accuracy, integrity, and appropriate administration through periodic audits, variance analysis, and recommendations that prevent losses and optimize operations. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct physical and documentary audits at branches, warehouses, and restaurants. * Analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, identifying root causes and responsible parties. * Supervise handling and expiration of fresh supplies (fish, seafood, rice, and key products). * Identify irregularities and propose corrective actions. * Train staff on best practices for inventory control. * Prepare reports detailing findings, conclusions, and recommendations. * Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to reduce shrinkage and improve turnover. **Candidate Profile** * **Technical degree and/or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy (mandatory).** * 2+ years of experience in inventory control, auditing, or related fields (preferably in restaurants, hotels, or food and beverage industry). * Experience handling perishable and high-value supplies. * Knowledge of inventory systems, POS, and advanced Excel. * Skills: attention to detail, analytical ability, effective communication, organization, and ability to work under pressure. * Willingness to travel and flexibility for variable schedules (including weekends). **We Offer** * Net monthly salary: $13,000 * Professional growth within an expanding company. * Opportunity to directly contribute to continuous process improvement. **SEND US YOUR CV TO 5\.....6\.....11\....67\....0\.0\...36\.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
