Manage stock and handle materials in the warehouse Sue Transportes is seeking an Inventory Analyst WE OFFER \- WEEKLY SALARY \- GROCERY VOUCHERS \- SAVINGS FUND AND SAVINGS ACCOUNT \- CAFETERIA \- LIFE INSURANCE \- MAJOR MEDICAL EXPENSE COVERAGE STATUTORY BENEFITS **1.0 Responsibilities:** · Ensure adequate supply of spare parts required to perform corresponding tractor-trailer repairs. · Conduct monthly cyclic inventories with the objective of improving inventory control reliability and accuracy. · Complete material or spare parts withdrawal and requisition forms. · Receive materials and spare parts, record and inventory them upon arrival. · Prepare weekly reports via logbook on existing materials and spare parts in the warehouse. · Inventory control on LIZ platform: .1.1.1 Maintain records of available inventory in the warehouse (on-hand quantity). .1.1.2 Place purchase orders for supplies, specifying expected delivery dates and allocation. .1.1.3 Manage spare parts, supplies, and materials. · Organize and clean the spare parts warehouse to facilitate material location and selection for preventive or corrective tasks, both planned and unplanned. · Support management of returnable materials and work tools to ensure their good condition. · Manage company spare parts inventory and ensure availability of tools. · Administer stock that has remained on display shelves for extended periods without ever being used; investigate causes of obsolescence or waste and follow up on disposal or utilization. · Manage external personnel services and procurement of spare parts and supplies for the workshop.
