We distinguish ourselves through a collaborative culture, technical excellence, and a strong commitment to our team’s professional growth. ### **Purpose of the Position** The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of our operations through rigorous cost analysis, strategic inventory control, and optimization of project profitability margins. ### **Required Profile** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years performing cost control and inventory management functions. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in **SAP Business One (Mandatory)**. * **Technical Competencies:** Solid knowledge of product costing, expense structures, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and inventory valuation. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Inventory Management:** Supervise and reconcile physical inventory levels against system records (SAP B1), ensuring 100% reliability. * **Movement Control:** Monitor inflows and outflows (purchases, transfers, production consumption) and validate accurate recording of each transaction. * **Audits and Counts:** Lead cyclic and physical inventory counts, analyzing and reporting discrepancies or variances identified. * **Supply Valuation:** Establish standard costs for accurate valuation of materials and supplies held in stock. * **Warehouse Optimization:** Analyze inventory turnover and identify slow-moving or obsolete items to propose inventory cleanup strategies. * **Operational Tracking:** Fully manage purchase and sales orders from the perspective of material availability and safeguarding. ### **Administrative Functions** * Determine provisions related to materials and projects. * Collaborate with the Accounting Management team on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes arising from goods flow. * Prepare KPI reports on inventory status and value. ### **Employment Offer** * **Compensation Scheme:** Competitive salary with weekly payment. * **Benefits:** All statutory benefits. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * **Location:** Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico. * **Work Environment:** Opportunity to join an innovation-driven company with an excellent organizational climate.
