




Job Objective Ensure proper administrative management, information control, and production traceability, guaranteeing that orders, reports, subcontracted manufacturing activities, and departmental KPIs are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the Production Management objectives. Serve as the control and coordination liaison between Production, Logistics, Subcontractors, Procurement, Product Development, and Systems. Key Responsibilities · Consolidate and control departmental information: production reports, absenteeism, scrap, overtime, and compliance. · Administer and validate information in the Manufacturing module of Odoo 17. · Coordinate and monitor external production with subcontractors, ensuring traceability, documentation, and quality. · Maintain administrative control of the department (incidents, reports, indicators, and support in payments). · Communicate and coordinate priorities with Logistics, Procurement, and Product Development. · Support the Production Manager in operational reporting and presentations. Key Competencies Planning and control, organization, analytical ability, proficiency in administrative reporting, effective communication, interdepartmental coordination, results orientation, and ERP system expertise (Odoo 17 preferred). Performance Indicators (KPIs) · Production schedule compliance (%) · Accuracy of reports and traceability in Odoo 17 (%) · Subcontractor delivery compliance (%) · Overall departmental productivity (%) · Number of administrative incidents or data entry errors Education and Experience Academic background: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum experience: 3 years in production coordination or planning. Desirable: experience in furniture or light metal-mechanical manufacturing and ERP usage (preferably Odoo).
