




Position Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician with experience in refrigeration systems, industrial equipment, electrical systems, and network systems to coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs and supervise operations. Ability to develop maintenance programs and supervise personnel We seek a candidate with knowledge of: * Detection of refrigeration and air conditioning system failures * Transfer equipment and emergency power plants, diesel engines and three-phase generators * Fire detection and suppression systems * Centrifugal pumps and control of three-phase pumping control systems * Laundry equipment (washers, dryers, and mangles) * Industrial kitchen and restaurant equipment (natural gas combustion) * Industrial water heaters using natural gas combustion * Substations and low- and medium-voltage transformers * Low-voltage electrical panels * Network and telephony equipment RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop the maintenance program in coordination with the General Manager. * Prepare purchase requisitions to ensure availability of necessary materials and equipment for maintenance. * Inspect gas pipelines and electrical circuits to detect faults. * Establish a preventive maintenance system to enhance operational safety and efficiency, minimize equipment depreciation, and reduce maintenance costs. * Manage the tool storage area, assuming responsibility for inventory, procurement, preservation, and cleanliness. * Address urgent issues related to electricity, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and other miscellaneous tasks. * Supervise the proper operation of air conditioning and ventilation systems. * Ensure that assigned staff and/or external personnel carry out repairs according to issued work orders. * Maintain records of equipment, machinery, and facility operation catalogs and manuals under supervision. * Implement energy-saving programs in coordination with responsible personnel from various departments. * Conduct periodic inspections of all hotel facilities to verify operational status. * Regularly prepare reports on completed tasks and future scheduling, submitted to the Operations Department. * Design checklists to verify execution of maintenance programs. * Establish a tracking system for work requests related to corrective maintenance. * Coordinate and evaluate contractor personnel work, supervising material quality and proper adherence to contractual specifications. * Ensure uninterrupted supply of water, electricity, and gas by monitoring consumption trends and ensuring timely payments. * Keep maintenance logs, controls, and safety/civil protection records up to date. Schedule: * Monday to Sunday * 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a mid-week break.
