




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in maintenance of electromechanical equipment, HVAC systems, fire detection systems, and network infrastructure to develop maintenance programs, supervise operations, and manage the tool inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. 2. Supervision and management of various systems and facilities. 3. Emergency response and operational control. We seek a candidate with knowledge of: * Refrigeration and air conditioning fault detection * Transfer switches and emergency power plants, diesel engines and three-phase generators * Fire detection and suppression systems * Centrifugal pumps and control of three-phase pumping systems * Laundry equipment (washers, dryers, and mangles) * Industrial kitchen and restaurant equipment (natural gas combustion) * Industrial water heaters utilizing natural gas combustion * Substations and low- and medium-voltage transformers * Low-voltage electrical panels * Network and telephony equipment RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop the maintenance program in coordination with the General Manager. * Prepare purchase requisitions to ensure availability of necessary materials and equipment for maintenance activities. * Inspect gas pipelines and electrical circuits to identify faults. * Establish a preventive maintenance system to enhance operational safety and efficiency, minimize equipment depreciation, and reduce maintenance costs. * Manage the tool inventory, including stock control, procurement, preservation, and cleaning. * Respond to emergencies involving electricity, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and other tasks. * Supervise proper operation of air conditioning and ventilation systems. * Ensure personnel under supervision and/or external contractors perform repairs according to assigned work orders. * Maintain records of equipment, machinery, and facility operation catalogs and manuals. * Implement energy-saving programs in coordination with department heads. * Conduct periodic inspections of all hotel facilities to verify operational status. * Prepare periodic reports on completed tasks and future scheduling, directed to the Operations Department. * Design checklists to verify execution of maintenance programs. * Establish a tracking system for corrective maintenance work requests. * Coordinate and evaluate contractor personnel work, supervising material quality and correct application of contractual specifications. * Ensure continuous supply of water, electricity, and gas by monitoring consumption trends and ensuring timely payments. * Maintain up-to-date maintenance logs, control records, and civil protection/safety documentation. Schedule: * Monday to Sunday * 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a midweek break.
