




Job Summary: Quality Manager to supervise and improve quality processes in sofa manufacturing, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the quality team and ensure compliance with regulations and standards 2. Supervise and improve quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction 3. Lead teams related to quality **Quality Manager** **Key Role Objectives** * Update quality indicators for upholstery, sewing, foam rubber, and frame departments * Inspect product quality produced in upholstery, sewing, foam rubber, and frame departments * Conduct a weekly meeting with quality personnel * Update the general quality department folder **Skills & Requirements** * Knowledge and skills in quality management systems to lead the team and ensure compliance with regulations and standards. * Knowledge of quality management in the sofa industry * Skills to supervise and improve quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction. * Skills to investigate and resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures. * Skills to effectively communicate with the procurement department upon identifying materials unsuitable for production use * Skills to make decisions and assume responsibility for quality performance. * Education in quality, engineering, or related sciences. * Prior experience in a quality-related position, such as auditor, inspector, or quality analyst. * Knowledge of relevant quality regulations and standards for the industry, such as ISO 9001. * Skills to use quality analysis tools and techniques, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Process Improvement Tool (PDCA). * Skills to lead and manage teams related to quality. * Skills to communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Skills to investigate and resolve quality issues.
