A company specializing in food sector audits is seeking: Food Auditor **for fast-food franchises.** ***Contracted as an Independent Service Provider, with flexible availability and willingness to travel to other states (this rotation is compensated, covering transportation, accommodation, and meals).*** **Requirements:** * Education: Food Engineer, Food Chemist, Food Technician, Food Technologist, or related degree; Industrial Engineer with food focus. Completed. * Gender: Not specified * Location: ***Tijuana*** * Must be able to travel throughout the state. * Audit duration is 2 to 2.5 hours per store. * Availability for training and certification (2 weeks, including virtual and in-store sessions). * The auditor purchases required materials and receives reimbursement after 3 months of continued employment with us. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with client standards. * **Report any critical situations to management per protocol.** * Record activities and checklist items for incidents and improvement opportunities. * Verify food handling processes per client protocols. **Knowledge Requirements:** * ***Quality management systems.*** * ***Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).*** * ***Knowledge of ServSafe certification, NOM-251, NOM-051.*** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google applications, and communication tools. * **Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, or similar standards.
