**Position Objective** Plan, integrate, and ensure the reliability of productive and operational information from company-owned farms and external producers, guaranteeing timely fruit supply in accordance with commercial targets, quality standards, and the organization’s strategic guidelines. **Areas Under Supervision:** Information and Planning, Fruit Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Field Operational Supervision **Key Responsibilities** * Integrate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production forecasts from company-owned and external farms. * Develop and monitor fruit supply planning to meet commercial and operational targets. * Validate harvest, loading, and fruit availability projections per farm and external producer. * Supervise the fruit procurement team, ensuring fair, transparent negotiations aligned with Grupo Chanitos standards. * Coordinate and lead the quality area to ensure compliance with internal specifications and customer requirements. * Manage operational supervisors responsible for monitoring productive development in the field. * Ensure compliance with quality protocols during fruit reception, sorting, and validation. * Design, implement, and monitor control dashboards and key performance indicators for the area. * Ensure the reliability, integrity, and timeliness of operational and productive information generated by the department. * Prepare executive reports for General Management, including performance analysis and risk assessment. * Establish guidelines, policies, and procedures for fruit planning and procurement. * Monitor deviations between planning and execution, defining and implementing corrective actions. * Coordinate weekly estimates and reconfirmations with Production and Logistics departments. * Analyze the efficiency and performance of external producers and propose improvement actions. * Supervise compliance with certifications, regulations, and applicable standards for fruit quality.
