Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience in the administrative area handling Retail and Marketplace electronic portals (supermarket chains, department stores, alternative channels, etc.) — mandatory. * Administration and review of purchase orders and restocking. * Tracking and execution of deliveries across various sales channels. * Effective communication with internal and external customers. Skills: * Organizational ability. * Service-oriented attitude. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity. Knowledge: * Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel). * Management of Retail and Marketplace electronic portals. Functions and Responsibilities: * Customer service. * Creation, control, and tracking of supplier onboarding, purchase orders, deliveries, invoicing, and reconciliations on Retail and Marketplace electronic portals. * Onboarding of customers, materials, branches, and price changes. * Tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor arising from the core functions of the area. * Filing.
