Position: Branch Driver Department: Commercial Direct Supervisor: Logistics Manager Company: Grupo Tractozone Job Description: Grupo Tractozone is seeking a Branch Driver responsible for the safe operation of vehicles, timely delivery of spare parts, route optimization, loading and unloading of goods, basic vehicle maintenance, and professional customer service, ensuring accurate documentation of deliveries. Responsibilities: * Transport and delivery of spare parts to customers * Loading and unloading of materials * Collection of counter-delivery receipts * Local purchases for the branch * Verification of per diem expenses * Vehicle maintenance and cleaning * Reporting of malfunctions or maintenance needs Requirements: * Completed secondary education (certificate mandatory) * Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year verifiable warehouse experience * Experience operating stake-body trucks, 1½-ton and 3½-ton vehicles * Knowledge of invoicing * Inventory management skills (preferred) * ERP system knowledge (preferred) * Communication and customer service skills We Offer: * Gross monthly salary of $12,000 to $13,300 * Statutory benefits from day one * 100% IMSS registration * Enhanced benefits upon permanent hiring: * 10% food vouchers * 15% bonus for achievement of objectives * Savings fund * One Saturday off per month upon achievement of objectives Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
