




1. Plan and supervise lounge setup and kitchen cleaning activities across all consumption centers to ensure timely and proper execution. 2. Prepare the payroll report for the assigned area to ensure correct application. 3. Monitor inventory of service and kitchen operation equipment (glassware, tableware, silverware, kitchen utensils, etc.) to guarantee availability for operations. 4. Train staff on proper washing techniques for service and kitchen operation equipment to ensure correct performance of duties while adhering to necessary safety measures. 5. Monitor inventory of lounge setup furniture to guarantee availability for operations. 6. Inspect kitchen equipment (refrigeration units, griddles, ovens, dishwashers, etc.) to ensure proper functionality. 7. Track kitchen equipment maintenance reports to ensure timely resolution. 8. Prepare purchase requisitions for operation equipment and submit them to the procurement department to initiate their corresponding process. 9. Unconditionally comply with all instructions received from the immediate supervisor to deliver service meeting the company’s required quality standards.
