### **Job Objective** Ensure that the customer receives excellent attention and service, performing requested transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently, strictly adhering to institutional regulations, while safeguarding cash assets handled at the teller station. **Location: Azcapotzalco (Prohogar neighborhood)** **Main Responsibilities** * Handle customer and user transactions at the counter and mobile cash stations quickly, politely, and error-free. * Comply with Bank of Mexico regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. * Safeguard cash in secure areas and follow bunker security measures, ensuring zero shortages. * Achieve cash handling productivity targets and implement the anti-waiting-line plan. * Ensure customers have the best possible experience in service and attention. * Perform the cashier supervisor's duties in their absence. **Requirements** * Minimum one year of experience as a cash supervisor or similar role. * Skill in cash handling. * Experience managing personnel. * Knowledge of banking regulations. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work weekends. * Honesty in performing job duties. **Value Proposition** * Base weekly salary from: $2,120 MXN. * Weekly commissions of: $880 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Starting vacation entitlement of 12 days per year, annual vacation bonus of 25%, year-end bonus of 15 days annually, increasing based on seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily shifts from Monday to Sunday with one weekday off.
