**Objective** Lead, coordinate and ensure the overall performance of assigned business units, guaranteeing profitability, operational excellence and total customer satisfaction under our restaurant’s values and standards. The business manager is responsible for transforming objectives into measurable results, optimizing resources, strengthening organizational culture and safeguarding brand reputation. **Key Functions and Responsibilities** 1. Plan, coordinate and supervise operations of assigned units, ensuring alignment with corporate policies. 2. Perform operational functions within the business unit. 3. Serve as a waiter and provide support to the business unit’s operational staff. 4. Implement and monitor quality, service, image and food safety standards. 5. Analyze operational indicators to identify areas for improvement, deviations or risks. 6. Ensure achievement of profitability and productivity targets. 7. Review budgets, monthly closings and results of each unit. 8. Motivate, lead and evaluate the performance of managers and area supervisors. 9. Foster a culture of **honesty, commitment, excellence and customer service.** 10. Oversee recruitment, training and talent retention in each unit. 11. Promote effective communication between management and operational teams. 12. Evaluate performance based on KPIs and individual development plans. 13. Analyze and validate financial results, budgets and expense reports. 14. Monitor inventories, purchases, shrinkage and waste; apply cost controls. 15. Ensure compliance with pricing, promotion and discount policies. 16. Conduct internal operational and compliance audits. 17. Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys, complaints or NPS. 18. Resolve operational incidents and guarantee immediate response to non-conformities. 19. Represent the brand at events, inspections or external audits. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** 3 years managing restaurant business units or branches. * **Skills:** Leadership and assertive communication, planning. * **Behavioral Competencies:** Honesty, decision-making, results orientation, resilience, customer-service focus and team culture. * **Availability:** Rotating shifts and weekends. * **Physical Requirements:** Continuous on-site activity at business units.
