





**Objective** Responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all daily store activities are carried out to achieve the SALES target. Lead a sales team, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of store presentation and organization. **Responsibilities** * Achieve weekly and monthly SALES targets. * Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, product organization, and inventory control. * Coordinate, motivate, and lead the sales team, ensuring a positive, productive work environment focused on customer service. * Promote staff development through ongoing training and feedback. * Guarantee an exceptional shopping experience for every customer by addressing concerns, complaints, or suggestions, and providing personalized advice aligned with boutique trends and products. * Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the boutique’s social media channels. Base salary plus sales commissions for the store.
