Contact Lorena López at 5530583723 for more information. \> Job Objective Ensure customers receive excellent service and attention by promptly, accurately, and efficiently executing requested transactions. \> Responsibilities: * Process banking transactions efficiently and accurately. * Lead and develop the team. * Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues. * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure proper branch operations. * Ensure appropriate handling of cash and other assets. \> Requirements: * Experience managing small teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts: morning, midday, and afternoon. * Prior experience as a bank teller or in a similar role. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Proven ability in cash handling and problem resolution. * Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a high level of integrity. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off (including weekends and holidays).
