Support in managing purchase orders and supplier relations Support the Maintenance Manager in coordinating, supervising, and executing administrative and operational activities related to the Maintenance Department. Location: Monterrey, N.L. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sundays off. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare weekly progress reports. * Track purchase orders, work orders, etc. * Handle supplier communications. * Administer departmental operations. * Complete daily reports. * Take temperature readings. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Strong organizational and administrative abilities. **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary: $15,800 + monthly bonus of $1,700.** * Weekly payment. * 30-day Christmas bonus. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Medical services. * Savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Subsidized cafeteria.
