Job Description: RUEDDA Workshops, due to expansion and growth, is seeking a Spare Parts Warehouse Clerk and Logistics Coordinator. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage all spare parts procurement for both workshops (CDMX and MTY). * Control spare parts inflows and outflows in the warehouse. * Compare prices, delivery times, and quality among suppliers. * Maintain direct relationships with spare parts retailers and suppliers. * Coordinate inter-branch shipment logistics as needed. * Verify spare parts availability before authorizing repairs. * Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels. * Report stock shortages, slow-moving items, and atypical consumption patterns. * Ensure procurement activities comply with the established budget. * Support the operations team to prevent downtime caused by parts shortages. **Candidate Requirements** * Proven experience in: * Procurement or related functions. * Working in spare parts retailers, warehouses, or mechanical workshops. * Knowledge of: * Automotive spare parts. * Procurement and supply processes. * Basic logistics (shipments, timelines, costs). * Basic Excel or inventory management systems. * Organizational and tracking skills. * Strict adherence to working hours. * Clear communication with mechanics, workshop supervisors, and suppliers. **Compensation** * Compensation structure: Base salary + performance-based commissions (efficient procurement, cost savings, and inventory control). * Working hours: Full-time Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. * Complimentary uniforms. * Career growth opportunities. * Positive work environment.
