Dynamic restaurant environment **Grupo La Barra de Fran** Restaurants and gastronomic projects – CDMX Overview At **Grupo La Barra de Fran**, we are looking for an organized, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to support the group’s administrative operations and conduct daily follow-up on key tasks related to control, documentation, and internal coordination. This is a cross-functional position, ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining order, tracking progress, and providing support to both management and operations within a dynamic restaurant environment. Responsibilities * Provide general administrative support to management and executives. * Manage and organize administrative documents, contracts, and files. * Track supplier payments, invoices, and expense verification. * Support administrative control of restaurants (purchasing, expenses, basic reporting). * Coordinate with external accounting and follow up on requirements. * Prepare and update simple reports in Excel / Google Sheets. * Monitor and track administrative personnel matters (hiring, termination, documentation). * Handle and coordinate emails, phone calls, and schedules as needed. * Assist with administrative procedures and dealings with suppliers or external service providers. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role. * Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (intermediate level). * Organized, capable of tracking tasks, and detail-oriented. * Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality companies. * Basic knowledge of invoicing, payments, and administrative processes in Mexico. * Familiarity with administrative systems, ERP, or management tools. * Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently without constant supervision.
