




**Real Estate Company Seeks: Administrative & Finance Manager** 5 to 8 years of experience ***Your daily activities and responsibilities:*** * Coordination across departments (administration, finance) * Oversee monthly and annual financial planning and budgeting * Develop financial projections * Manage cash flow, bank credit facilities, and bank reconciliations * Oversee preparation of financial reports and presentation of results * Monitor procurement activities and materials control * Coordinate notarial procedures and documentation related to loans and mortgages * Interact with investors and clients * Coordinate payment processes: *(suppliers, payroll disbursement)* * Proficiency in Excel ***Work schedule:*** Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) ***Your financial compensation for your contribution:*** * $28,000 net monthly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Computer equipment. * **Bachelor’s degree:** Business Administration, Accounting * **Experience:** 5 to 8 years in similar positions *(Administrative and Financial Management or Coordination)* * **Knowledge:** + Advanced Excel proficiency + Budgetary control and cash flow management + General accounting and treasury management * **Competencies:** We seek a committed, disciplined individual with effective communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and negotiation skills We are looking for a candidate with 8 years’ experience as an Administrative & Finance Manager.
