Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for general night shift maintenance, performing repairs in common areas and walls, and applying joint compound and paint. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance in common areas 2. Repair and installation of drywall walls and ceilings 3. General maintenance work (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry) Main Responsibilities: Responding to preventive and corrective maintenance reports for the condominium's common areas. Installation, repair, and maintenance of drywall walls and ceilings. Application of joint compound, sealants, and paint. General maintenance tasks: plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry. Schedule: Night shift 10 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Friday Saturday and Sunday: 9 AM to 2 PM One weekend off entirely The other weekend: work Saturday only, no Sunday Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Education: * Primary school (Preferred) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) * General maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
