El Rosario, Xochimilco, CDMX, C.P. 16070 **What Will You Do Daily?** As a **Multifunctional Associate**, you will be part of a team focused on merchandise display and replenishment to ensure timely and complete store handover to the Operations team for opening. Your key responsibilities will include: * Execute the new store opening work plan within specified timelines. * Implement the merchandise display plan according to the established planogram by stocking merchandise in assigned zones. * Perform shelf and product cleaning, and/or cleaning of common areas to ensure excellent store readiness. * Unload products arriving from the Distribution Center. * Participate in the opening or closing of new stores, delivering high-level customer service. * Handle merchandise carefully to prevent product shrinkage. * Support current stores in customer service and in-store sales. * Serve as a role model in complying with company policies and procedures. **What Are We Looking For?** * Excellent attitude and dynamism; an active personality. * Availability to rotate shifts with one weekday off.
