Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the administrative operations of biomedical equipment, coordinate suppliers, control calibrations, and ensure regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** initiative and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** Administrative follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical equipment Coordination and evaluation of external biomedical service providers Control and compliance with the **calibration program for measurement equipment** Documentary supervision and compliance with applicable regulations for medical equipment Management and control of inventories of biomedical equipment and consumables Planning and follow-up of technical training Preparation and analysis of administrative reports and indicators Liaison with clinical departments, suppliers, and warehouse **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** **Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Biomedical Engineering**, or related field (degree mandatory) **Minimum 3 years of experience** in hospital biomedical areas Administrative experience in biomedical management Knowledge of: Preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical equipment (management and tracking) Coordination and tracking of **maintenance service providers** **Calibrations of measurement equipment** Applicable regulations for medical devices (NOM-016-SSA3-2012, NOM-240-SSA1-2012) Control and administration of biomedical inventories **Technical training processes** Intermediate–advanced **Excel proficiency** (reports, controls, tracking). **What do we offer?:** Competitive salary Job stability Statutory benefits Food vouchers Punctuality and attendance bonuses Life and funeral expense insurance Free transportation from Tláhuac Metro and Constitución de la República Metro stations Professional development within the healthcare sector A professional and structured work environment For us, the journey is as important as the destination; therefore, we learn daily from the richness offered by the diversity of people who form part of this great team.
