We seek operational, creative talent with a professional focus. **Job Description** We are seeking an Accounting Assistant eager to begin their professional career and support the accounting department in performing the following activities: * Entering journal entries and accounting records in Aspel COI * Classifying income and expense CFDIs * Performing bank reconciliations * Managing and archiving accounting documentation * Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable * Reviewing expenses, supporting documents, and tax requirements * Assisting in preparing trial balances and subsidiary ledgers * Supporting Aspel SAE (Sales, Purchases, and Inventory) processes * Providing general administrative support to the department **Requirements** * Technical degree, intern, or student of Accounting * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting * Basic knowledge of Aspel SAE and Aspel COI or similar systems — **PREFERRED** * Basic Excel proficiency * Good spelling and attention to detail * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn * Preferably residing near Milpa Alta or adjacent areas Skills * Organization and punctuality * Ability to work well in teams * Proficiency in handling documentation * Desire for continuous growth and learning * Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines We Offer Competitive Salary * Growth and development within the accounting department * Training in **Aspel COI, SAE, NOI, and BANK** * Excellent working environment * Job stability and opportunities for professional development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
