Position Summary: Responsible for cybersecurity incident detection, analysis, and response, as well as incident lifecycle management and SLA compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Documentation of operational manuals and SOC PlayBooks Position Objective Detect and analyze cybersecurity incidents and compliance issues. Execute initial incident response steps. Implement containment actions for incidents. Manage the full incident lifecycle, changes, and service orders. Receive and validate information regarding new services. Document operational manuals and PlayBooks according to SOC requirements. Identify alerting improvements to reduce false positives. Participate in awareness activities, courses/training, and certifications. Comply with committed and established SLAs with clients. Adhere to Management System processes. Support audits as required by clients. Main Responsibilities SOC, IT monitoring, networks.
