




**Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. (Intern) * Prior HR experience of at least 1 year, preferably within a company with a minimum of 200 employees. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Flexible availability regarding working hours * Ability to work under pressure **Experience** * Experience in personnel recruitment and administrative support * Recruitment experience: attracting, selecting, and hiring operational and sales profiles * Training experience * Familiarity with job boards **Responsibilities** * Monitoring departmental performance indicators * Personnel recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding * Familiarity with job boards * Administrative support and integration activities * Updating internal announcements * Supporting occupational health and safety initiatives * Preparation and management of personnel files: Ensure compliance with all required documentation for hiring, including employment contracts, IMSS registrations, and terminations * Payroll support: Review and prepare necessary documentation for payroll processing * Platform usage: Operate tools such as the Unified Self-Determination System (SUA) and Infonavit platforms to ensure compliance with labor obligations * Personnel administration assistance: Collaborate in coordinating activities related to team welfare and development * Clarifying inquiries: Assist staff with basic questions and support their needs * Task tracking: Report progress and follow-up status of assigned tasks to supervisors * Document control for new hires * Onboarding of newly hired personnel * Tracking submission of medical leave certificates * Printing of employment contracts, new ID cards, and replacement ID cards **We offer:** * Working days: Monday to Saturday * Weekly salary payment * Indefinite-term contract and statutory benefits Interested candidates should send their CV to itrapaga@ddimex.com.mx Job type: Full-time, indefinite-term Salary: $10,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site
