Hotel \& SPA Hacienda de Cortés is seeking a Spa Coordinator If you enjoy interacting with customers, are responsible and proactive, have a passion for sales, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally with us, as you will receive ongoing training. Coordinate spa services with the goal of consistently delivering excellent service to customers and memorable experiences, supervising that the spa meets quality standards; responsible for achieving the monthly budget, and proposing service and sales improvement initiatives. \*\*Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field. \- Six months of experience in a similar position. \- Customer attention and follow-up. \- Intermediate level of English. \- Excellent personal presentation. \- Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off. \- Knowledge of various massage techniques, body and facial treatments, and beauty culture. \- Leadership and excellent communication skills. \- Ability to resolve customer requests and conflicts.
