Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle the technical and creative execution of audiovisual coverage for corporate events and outdoor activities, with a narrative focus and use of cinematic equipment, drones, and mobile devices. Ability in composition, visual storytelling, and logistical adaptability. **Job Description** This role involves the technical and creative execution of audiovisual coverage for corporate events and outdoor activities. The primary focus is narrative capture—aiming to document the essence of each event to a professional standard, alternating between cinematic equipment, drones, and mobile devices for immediate content delivery. **Main Responsibilities** **• Image and video capture:** recording key moments, interactions, and atmosphere of the event using professional cameras. **• Real-time content creation:** capturing and producing quick clips, photos, and behind-the-scenes footage using smartphones—optimized for Instagram Stories and vertical formats—for immediate delivery or posting during the event. **• Aerial operations:** executing drone shots to establish context and add dynamic angles to the visual narrative. **• Audio management:** capturing testimonials when required. **• Material logistics:** immediate backup of all captured material upon completion of each workday and organized file delivery to the post-production team. **Requirements / Knowledge:** **• Digital content knowledge** (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts). **Hardware proficiency:** **• Cameras:** advanced mastery of Sony FX30 and ZV-E10 systems. **• Drone:** proven operational experience with DJI Mini Pro 5. **• Audio:** operation of Rode microphones. **• Lighting:** control of artificial and natural light in variable environments (indoor and outdoor). **• Mobile content:** mastery of smartphone filming techniques (manual stabilization, exposure control, vertical formats). **Skills:** **• Composition and framing:** mastery of shot types, depth of field, and close-ups with communicative intent. **• Visual storytelling:** ability to capture purposeful sequences (filming with final editing in mind). **• Focus and stability:** precise handling of manual/automatic focus and image stabilization during motion. **• Logistical adaptability:** ability to operate across diverse locations and manage variable schedules according to event timelines. **• Autonomy:** sound judgment to identify valuable moments without constant direction. **What We Offer:** Hybrid schedule. 15-day year-end bonus.
