At **Astro Marketing**, we seek to bring onboard a **Video Producer and Editor** passionate about digital marketing and experienced in creating content that makes an impact on social media. **Responsibilities:** * **Recording and editing videos** for advertising campaigns, reels, and other digital formats. * **Developing advertising scripts** and visual proposals. * Professional direction and **client interaction** during sessions. * Supervision and guidance to ensure proper on-camera presence. * Operation and **control of audiovisual equipment** (camera, microphones, teleprompter, lighting, etc.). * **Ensuring technical quality**, visual consistency, and timely delivery. **Work Modality:** Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm** * **Remote work** for editing and daily coordination. * **In-person recordings** in Monterrey and the metropolitan area. **Requirements:** * Personal **laptop** for editing. * Minimum **1–2 years’ experience** editing videos for social media. * **Intermediate–advanced proficiency** in: * Adobe Premiere Pro. * CapCut. * Captions. * **Intermediate–advanced knowledge** of camera operation, lighting, and microphones. * **Personal vehicle or willingness to arrange transportation** * Verifiable **portfolio** of previous work. **Benefits:** * Provision of **full production equipment**: camera with flash, lighting kit, microphones, teleprompter, and tripods. * Flexibility for **remote work**. * **Paid vacation** starting after one year. * Opportunity for **salary growth** based on performance. * Participation in **strategic projects** with clients across various industries.
