Ability to improvise solutions and proactive attitude A major company is seeking a PRODUCER/FIXER: \* Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Audiovisual Production, Digital Media, Film, or related field. \* Courses/workshops in: \* Audiovisual production management \* Art direction / basic set design \* Project management (Scrum, PMP or similar, even in abbreviated form) Important: Practical field experience and problem-solving ability matter more than academic credentials. Professional Experience \* 3–5 years in audiovisual production (agencies, production houses, media companies, freelance). \* Experience in: \* Location scouting (negotiation and permits). \* Staff and extra coordination on set. \* Project-level budget management (basic numerical control). \* Full logistics: transportation, catering, setup/teardown. \* Aesthetic supervision (props, art, staging). Key Competencies (hard & soft skills) \* Problem solving → ability to improvise solutions on set. \* Operational leadership → leading staff without constant supervision. \* Negotiation → with vendors, locations, and collaborators. \* Applied creativity → contributing viable ideas, not only operational ones. \* Aesthetic vision → eye for props, set design, and support for the Director of Photography. \* Effective communication → with directors, staff, clients, and guests. \* Proactive, autonomous, solves problems without waiting for instructions. \* Structured, yet able to improvise. \* Good interpersonal skills with diverse people: technicians, guests, clients. \* Enjoys both logistics and creativity (not just one or the other). \* Education: Communication / Audiovisual / Film + practical workshops. \* Mindset: “I make everything happen” (full ownership of the production).
