Position Summary: We are seeking a Marketing, Activations, and Media Coordinator to translate commercial and media strategies into tangible executions, coordinating campaigns for AAA clients. Its focus is on receiving projects, developing integrated proposals encompassing media, activations, and execution, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring correct campaign implementation—working directly with Management, Creative, Operations, Production, and the Media Department. Main Responsibilities Operational and Central Media Strategy * Receive client briefs, leads, and projects. * Analyze objectives, target audiences, reach, and budgets. * Design comprehensive strategies integrating: o Owned media. o Partnered media (OOH, digital, print, specialty). o BTL activations and brand experiences. o Selection of spaces and formats. o Validation of availability, reach, and costs. o Budget optimization and media mix. * Ensure media proposals are viable, cost-effective, and executable. Activation and Execution Management * Translate strategy into clear operational plans (what, how, when, and with whom). * Coordinate BTL activations, events, installations, and special campaigns. * Supervise field execution where applicable. * Validate quality, timelines, and deliverable fulfillment. * Resolve operational issues during execution. Supplier Management and Negotiation * Quote, negotiate, and coordinate suppliers for: o BTL activations and events. o Advertising material production. o Installations, logistics, staff, and promotion. o Audiovisual, printing, and promotional items. * Compare proposals and control budgets. * Ensure adherence to timelines, costs, and quality. * Maintain and develop a robust supplier network. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in: o Advertising agencies. o Media buying centers. o Operational marketing, BTL, or account management. * Demonstrable experience in: o Managing media campaigns. o Coordinating activations. o Supplier relationship management and negotiation. o Developing executable commercial proposals. * Client-facing experience preferred.
