Position Summary: Senior Live Event Producer responsible for planning, executing, and wrapping up corporate and large-scale events, working with key accounts and leading teams. Key Highlights: 1. Seeking: SENIOR LIVE EVENT PRODUCER In this key position, you will be responsible for working in the production department, serving our most important accounts. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a fundamental role throughout the entire event planning, execution, and wrap-up process. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration in Entertainment, or related field **Freelance experience and proficiency in equipment and technology (rigging, lighting, audio, video, displays, projection, LED screens) — MANDATORY** Flexible schedule and willingness to travel Team management and leadership Problem-solving ability Knowledge of market trends Communication skills Time management and prioritization Adaptability and flexibility Coordination with other departments to ensure timely deliverables according to the established project schedule. Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience at agencies, with emphasis on BTL projects, events, and experiential marketing in a similar role. Excellent oral and written communication, creativity, and information planning and organization. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle · Excellent personal presentation. · Software proficiency: Office suite ADDITIONAL INFORMATION · Direct employment with the company · Base salary + performance-based bonus (Pdl) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Experience: * Audiovisual Equipment: 3 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
