We seek a strategic, creative individual with deep human sensitivity who wishes to join our team to strengthen the institution’s identity, foster pride and a sense of belonging among our community, and contribute to the school’s positioning and prestige. **Key Responsibilities** * **Develop and implement the school’s institutional communications strategy**, ensuring coherence among the educational project, brand identity, and the school community’s experience. * **Strengthen institutional identity**, promoting a clear and consistent narrative that reflects the school’s values, educational offering, and culture. * **Foster pride and a sense of belonging** among students, families, staff, and partners, driving a strong, participatory, and committed community. * **Contribute to the school’s positioning and prestige**, safeguarding institutional reputation and projecting a professional, trustworthy image aligned with the school’s educational philosophy. * **Advance the positioning of the school’s official spokesperson**, coordinating messaging, public presence, interviews, event participation, and strategic communication. * **Design the planning and oversee the creation and publication of content** across social media, the website, and internal channels, ensuring quality, relevance, and institutional alignment. * **Drive community-strengthening programs**, such as referral and ambassador initiatives, encouraging active and voluntary family participation as institutional allies. * **Collaborate closely with the Admissions Department**, designing campaigns to attract new families and supporting enrollment and retention processes. * **Develop and communicate commercial offerings and institutional campaigns**, ensuring alignment with the school’s philosophy and ethical, responsible communication. * **Coordinate activations, experiences, events, and special projects**, reinforcing institutional identity, community engagement, and school visibility. * **Develop and maintain strategic public relations**, with media outlets, partners, suppliers, educational institutions, and local organizations, expanding the school’s collaboration network. * **Oversee the design and production of graphic, audiovisual, and advertising materials**, guaranteeing visual consistency, quality, and alignment with institutional identity. * **Monitor, analyze, and report on impact results and key performance indicators**, evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, communication activities, and positioning strategies to inform decision-making. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * **Ideal Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years’ experience leading Marketing, Institutional Communications, or Public Relations in the education sector or service industries related to hospitality. * **Age:** 25–40 years. * **Skills:** * Conceptualization and definition of communication strategies for communities * Joyful, clear, assertive, and empathetic communication with our community. * Strategic and creative thinking. * Organization, attention to detail, and management of multiple projects. * Coordination of in-person and virtual social events. * Proficiency in social media platforms, Meta Business, Google Ads, and design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.). * Ability to build positive relationships with families, media, and partners. * Alignment with educational values and social sensitivity. **We Offer** * A human-centered, collaborative, and purpose-driven work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and training. * Participation in socially impactful educational projects. * Competitive salary and additional benefits.
