**Human Capital Leader – Audiomaster Candiani** At Audiomaster Candiani, we are seeking a Human Capital Leader with a passion for the creative and audiovisual environment, experience in talent management, HR operational processes, and organizational development. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in creative industries or audiovisual production is desirable. * Knowledge of NOM-035. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and GSuite. * Experience tracking DS7 incidents, IMSS, Infonavit, and Infonacot affiliation movements. * Experience in recruitment, training, DO (Disciplinary Actions), job profile development, and organizational chart updates. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection for administrative, creative, and production areas. * Training, onboarding, and talent development. * Incident management, attendance control, and personnel file administration. * Tracking of DS7 incidents, disabilities, and affiliation movements (IMSS, Infonavit, Infonacot). * Updating organizational charts and developing job profiles. * Implementation and monitoring of NOM-035. * Reporting of HR KPIs. * Initiatives related to workplace climate, employee wellbeing, and organizational culture. **We offer:** * Salary starting at **$20,000 MXN per month** (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
