




Position Summary: A creative and technical designer responsible for original graphic proposals, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and leading the creative process with high originality and message effectiveness. The **Graphic Designer** is a key creative force responsible for developing graphic proposals and solutions with a high level of **creative originality** and **message effectiveness**. This role ensures design quality and adherence to response timelines. Acting as both a technical and creative reference, the designer focuses on the **exploratory and preliminary stages of the creative process**, formalizing their contribution as a creative driver within the department. Key Tasks and Responsibilities (Primary Responsibilities) · **Creative Leadership and Conceptualization:** o Develop and present **advanced graphic proposals and solutions** with a high degree of originality that surpass previously identified solutions. o Maintain **moderate involvement** in defining the form and content of the message. o Actively participate in **brainstorming sessions** and in the **development of core concepts** for campaigns and projects. · **Quality and Standards Assurance:** o Ensure all designs meet established **quality standards and response timelines**. o Guarantee **order and cleanliness** in execution and **storage** of all files and work products. o Manage and develop **file naming conventions and organization**. · **Advanced Technical Execution:** o Design and produce originals for a wide range of communication materials: print, digital, and audiovisual media. o Manage productive components and **electronic file storage spaces** on their computer.
