Department: Marketing Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 **Job Description** We are seeking a **Communications and Events Coordinator** for the Marketing Department, responsible for **planning, executing, and monitoring the digital communication strategy, campaigns, and events**, ensuring brand consistency, objective attainment, and proper coordination with internal teams and external vendors. This role requires an **organized, strategic, creative, and coordinating individual**, with experience in digital marketing, content, advertising, and events. **Main Responsibilities** * Planning and execution of the **content calendar**. * Coordination of design and creation of digital content: * Reels * TikTok * Shorts * Daily publication and management of social media. * Community engagement and message follow-up. * Scheduling, monitoring, and optimization of **Meta Ads**. * Design, scheduling, analysis, and reporting of **email campaigns**. * Administration and segmentation of **databases**. * Coordination and monitoring of **digital campaigns**. * Monitoring and control of campaigns with **media vendors**. * Coordination of **events** (content planning and coverage, not logistics). * Support in event recording and coverage (content). * Preparation of **performance and metrics (KPI) reports**. * Direct coordination with the **Audiovisual Specialist** for content production. * Ensuring alignment of communications with brand strategy. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. * Minimum of **2–3 years** of experience in communications, digital marketing, and campaign coordination. * Demonstrable experience in: * Content planning * Corporate social media management * Meta Ads * Email marketing * Campaign and event coordination * Proficiency with design tools and digital platforms. * Knowledge of and ability to analyze metrics and KPIs. * Excellent writing and grammar skills. * Ability to coordinate and track multiple projects. **Application Requirement** **Submit portfolio or examples of coordinated campaigns, content, and/or events**. **We Offer** * Full statutory benefits. * 5% savings fund contribution. * Savings account. * Social benefits plan. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Active participation in strategic campaigns and events. * Collaborative work environment.
