Active participation in continuous improvement and teamwork. **Position Objective:** Capture ideas and concepts through optimal understanding of shooting scripts and appropriate use of recording, lighting, and sound equipment within productions, to influence and transform the associates and companies with which Meeet Agency works, leveraging creativity. **Position Responsibilities** \- Prepare and organize all recording, lighting, and audio materials to be used during productions, ensuring they are in optimal condition for operation and maintaining their condition. \- Review scripts and confirm there are no ambiguities so execution proceeds strictly according to the shooting script. \- Perform required shots to fulfill the shooting script, ensure visual continuity among them, and validate framing to uphold the recording quality standards required by Meeet Agency for its projects and client commitments. \- Adhere to shooting schedules, shooting scripts, and creative concepts established by the company, allowing improvisation only when required due to difficulties or issues arising during production. \- Back up and organize recorded footage and upload it to Google Drive as soon as possible for the editing team’s use. \- Submit all improvement proposals and participate in designing them when requested, becoming part of Meeet Agency’s continuous improvement ethos. \- Actively participate in communication processes as required to support optimal information flow within Meeet Agency and foster effective teamwork. **Primary Activities** 1\. Pre-production \- Review the shooting script jointly with the team to develop shot composition proposals, filming style, lighting, and other technical aspects. \- Perform memory card formatting jointly with the editing team when required by the camera used. \- Compile the list of lighting, audio, and photography equipment requirements to be used during production, based on the shooting script. \- Prepare and inspect photography, lighting, and audio equipment one day prior to production to ensure optimal functionality during filming, using the Checklist format (including: fully charged batteries, empty SD cards, sufficient extension cords, spare parts, etc.). \- Request any additional production requirements from the producer that may be needed but are not currently available. 2\. Production \- Set up lighting, photography, and audio equipment according to how they will be used during filming and per the shooting script. \- Support the production team in setting up the location and arranging spaces to streamline work and achieve the best possible shots. \- Continuously monitor proper placement of lighting equipment and, together with the producer, collect and secure it to ensure proper functionality and prevent loss. \- Verify the shooting schedule and track its proper execution jointly with video direction and the producer to meet production timelines and comply with the shooting script. \- Review framing and shots taken jointly with the video director to confirm alignment with the shooting schedule and shooting script, and ensure no distracting elements appear in the frame. \- Constantly monitor audio quality of shots and the charge status of equipment and batteries during recording. \- Ensure visual continuity across all shots taken during filming. 3\. Post-production. \- Jointly with the producer, download recorded footage and compile the final shot list for the editing team’s use.
