More than the software you use, we value your editing ability, visual judgment, and aesthetic sensitivity. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Film, Multimedia, or related field. * Proven experience in creating and editing content for social media. * Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or others). * Knowledge of digital formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Ads). * Organizational skills to manage content calendars and weekly deliverables. * Experience in health, beauty, or lifestyle industries is desirable. **Responsibilities** * End\-to\-end audiovisual production (pre-production, filming, and post-production). * Editing content for social media and performance campaigns. * Creation of Reels, TikTok, and Shorts focused on retention. * Dynamic editing: pacing, cuts, on-screen text, and subtitles. * Development of hooks within the first 3 seconds. * Adaptation of videos to multiple formats and platforms. * Production of institutional and advertising videos (organic and paid). * Support in short-form storytelling and brand visual communication. **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary of $15,800\. * Monthly bonus of $2,800 (starting from the third month). * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment with the company. * Professional development and growth plan. * Discounts on brand products and services. * Partnerships with various companies. * Scholarship for continuing education. * Meal subsidy.
