Opportunity for growth as the company expands **Location:** Condesa, CDMX **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday | 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Employment Type:** Payroll **Benefits:** Statutory Job Objective Ensure administrative and financial order of the company through efficient control of payments, invoicing, contracts, and financial reporting, enabling the Management and Production departments to focus on business growth and creative operations. Responsibilities Control and record income and expenses. Schedule, track, and verify payments to suppliers and team members. Issue, receive, and manage invoicing. Organize and safeguard tax receipts. Prepare cash flow reports and payment tracking reports. Administer, control, and archive contracts and administrative documentation. Maintain order and update internal templates and files. Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (mandatory; not Business Administration). High level of organization, attention to detail, and reliability. Basic–intermediate proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience in audiovisual production companies, creative agencies, or SMEs is desirable.
