We are currently looking to add a motivated and experienced **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to our HR Department located in our office at **Queretaro.** **Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm \- alternate weekends** **Responsibilities:** * * Lead recruitment, selection, and retention activities * Organize and actively participate in the recruitment and selection process, including defining selection criteria, creating questions and tests, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates with hiring managers, verifying references, etc. * Extend job offers and prepare offer packages for selected candidates. * Propose and execute human resources programs and services focusing on recruitment and retention. * Provide communication and training to both management and staff concerning recruitment, selection, and retention initiatives * Offer guidance and counsel to both management and staff regarding recruitment and selection matters * Assist the management team in workforce planning and related staffing requirements * Establish and uphold policies and procedures for recruitment and selection in compliance with employment laws Other HR Support Activities: * * Engage in and support Human Resources projects * Provide guidance and recommendations to managers on best practices, human rights laws, and other related regulations in recruitment and selection * Participate in Career and Job Fairs as well as recruitment initiatives * Regularly review, maintain, and update job descriptions * Conduct exit interviews and report trends to management * Follow health and safety policies and practices established by TS Trucking. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a Psychology, Administration or related field is desirable. * \+4 years of experience in full\-cycle recruiting. * Familiarity with using tools of the trade: ATS systems, LinkedIn, social media, sourcing tools. * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision\-making skills. * Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems. * Advanced English skills. **Benefits** * + Competitive pay package + Life insurance + Saving fund + Health benefits + Food coupons + Growth Opportunity Christmas bonus. + *In TS Trucking we care about giving equal opportunities to each candidate and employee, we consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or family status, medical condition, or disability.* *We invest time and support in you to provide the room to learn, grow and work your way up.
