Reporting to the Culture Manager and working closely with HR and Communications teams, the Culture Specialist Sr. ensures the timely and consistent implementation of cultural practices across the organization. This role has a key contribution in embedding organizational principles in daily operations, tracking progress, and enabling employee engagement. Functions: * Support, co-design and implement short, medium and long-term Culture plans, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. * Coordinate the deployment of Culture initiatives to guarantee they are engaging, collaborative, and of high quality. * Support on the improvement of tools, processes, and policies that enable consistent and positive employee experience. * Coordinate and support the Cultural Ambassadors network, including onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to ensure alignment and impact across locations. * Support research, diagnostics and assessments (e.g., cultural assessments, focus groups) by coordinating logistics, data collection and reporting. * Manage the end-to-end process of surveys and assessments, including design input, deployment, data analysis, and reporting of results along with HR Data Analyst * Collaborate with Culture Mgr., HR Business Partners and HR Mgrs/site leaders to facilitate adoption of Culture practices across different locations. * Work in partnership with the Communications team to design and deliver internal campaigns, materials, and content that reinforce organizational principles. * Create original training materials, toolkits, and e-learning content to support cultural evolution and leadership development. * Design and facilitate workshops, onboarding modules, and learning experiences that reinforce organizational principles. * Collaborate with L&D and Communications to ensure content is engaging, inclusive, and aligned with brand identity. * Monitor employee feedback and survey results to identify opportunities for improvement. * Research and benchmark best practices in organizational culture, employee experience and engagement. * Analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for Culture Manager. * Support and co-design the strategy to reactivate the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) program, ensuring deployment and follow-up of actions across all sites to strengthen cultural adoption of inclusion practices. **Education / Certifications** --------------------------------- Bachelor's degree**Required Language** -------------------- **Experience (Number of years)** -------------------------------- More than 8 years **Competencies** ---------------- **Pre-screening Questions** ----------------------------- **FO.PO.RH.CN.001.01** -----------------------
